What We Are Looking For

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• At least 1 year of academic or industry lab experience with a strong emphasis on hands-on experimentation
• Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and accurately document procedures and results
• Effective communication skills and strong organizational habits
• Experience with basic laboratory techniques and good safety practices

Preferred\:

• Experience with mammalian cell culture , and 3D culture systems , and aseptic technique
• Familiarity with hydrogel formulation, bioprinting, or microfluidics
• Exposure to analytical methods such as microscopy, ELISA, RT-qPCR, or mechanical testing
• Experience working in a fast-moving, multidisciplinary environment
• Knowledge of quality systems or regulated research settings
