Microbiologist

 

  • Maintain laboratory procedures in accordance with GLP standards of the US FDA.
  • Strong understanding and in depth knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiological principles, techniques.
  • Laboratory experience in a cGMP facility
  • Revision of SOPs
  • Pharmaceutical Microbiology
  • QC Chemistry Laboratory

Responsibilities include:

  • Keeping up to date with scientific and research developments.
  • Ensuring that data is recorded accurately in accordance to guidelines.
  • Observing high health and safety standards.
  • Maintains quality results by participating in internal audits; reviewing quality control and quality assurance programs.
  • Follows all safety rules and regulations and conducts periodic safety audits.
  • Follows all cGMP rules and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Microbiology , Biology or similar.
  • Laboratory experience in a cGMP facility, including experience with the proper operation of laboratory instrumentation.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in microbiological testing within a regulated environment.
  • Test and prepare accurate daily records and documents that report the results of their lab work for lot release.
  • Analyze, Review and Report test results.
  • Laboratory experience in a cGMP facility.
  • Revision of SOPs
  • Pharmaceutical Microbiology
  • QC Chemistry Laboratory
  • Troubleshooting, and the generation and revision of SOPs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
