This position contributes to the ongoing development of NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines) and related initiatives, with emphasis on integrating content into digital systems to improve accessibility, usability, and impact at point of care. Major Responsibilities: Integrate NCCN Guidelines content into cutting edge digitized systems, including the NCCN Guidelines Navigator tool, to improve NCCN Guidelines user experience Participate in the development and publication of NCCN Guidelines, advancing the delivery of evidence-based cancer care Perform literature searches and prepare the Guideline Discussion sections for web publication Participate in the development, maintenance, and update NCCN Guidelines-related initiatives, including globally adapted Guideline versions Provide clinical content expertise for development and review of clinical content for NCCN educational programs Review use of NCCN Guidelines content by external entities for clinical accuracy Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Education/Related Experience: Bachelor's degree required, with Master's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Degree and/or experience in health-related, scientific, or technical field strongly preferred Experience in scientific/medical writing and/or publishing of scientific articles required Experience in oncology preferred Experience in clinical data management a plus Skills and Abilities: Excellent writing skills and the ability to formulate scientific/medical information in a clear and concise manner Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and digital tools in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external personnel at various levels Strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Office products Ability to manage and prioritize several projects simultaneously Embraces and conducts oneself according to the Core Values of the NCCN: excellence, collaboration, respect, integrity, passion, and innovation Work Environment & Physical Requirements: This position operates in a professional office environment and is largely sedentary. This role routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
