POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the purification of proteins from plant and bacterial systems
Conduct protein expression, purification, and characterization experiments
Utilize various protein analysis methods including concentration determination, SDS-PAGE, and Western blot analysis
Employ chromatography techniques for effective protein separation
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines
Maintain accurate records of experiments and results
