Lab Technician III

Location (mandatory): Redmond, WA We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support daily wet-lab operations. This role involves performing experiments according to SOPs, maintaining equipment and supplies, documenting work accurately, and ensuring laboratory safety. Job Responsibilities: Follow SOPs for cleaning glassware, preparing organic solutions, and handling electrical/mechanical components. Record objectives, methods, results, and observations to ensure traceability and reproducibility. Organize and maintain lab equipment, parts, and inventory; reorder supplies as needed. Prepare reports or summaries of experimental findings and communicate lab needs or issues. Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety guidelines and regulatory requirements. Skills: Basic lab techniques & SOP compliance Inventory and lab organization Safety awareness and regulatory compliance Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or 5+ years of related experience. Experience with basic lab techniques involving organic chemicals and solvents. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to follow safety protocols, use PPE, and operate lab safety equipment.
