Lab Technician

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) The Lab Technician performs a variety of chemical, biological, and physical tests required for research, development or quality control. This position compiles data for reports and assists in special studies in the laboratory and in the field. Job Responsibilities: Perform a variety of chemical, biological, and physical tests required for research, development, or quality control. Compile and organize test data accurately for reports. Assist in special studies both in the laboratory and in the field. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functions properly. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment. Collaborate with researchers and other team members to support project goals. Skills: Proficient in conducting chemical, biological, and physical tests. Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and reporting. Familiarity with laboratory instruments and equipment. Basic knowledge of safety and quality control standards. Effective communication skills for report compilation and collaboration. Education/Experience: Associate or bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Prior laboratory experience. Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
