Clinical Trial Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Clinical Trial Manager to oversee clinical trial operations and drive study execution from start-up through closeout. This role requires strong sponsor management skills, accountability for study outcomes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Location: Central New Jersey (NY/PA candidates welcome) Hybrid (12 days onsite)
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Rate: $140-150/hr
• Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations across one or multiple studies
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements
• Act as a key point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• ???Collaborate cross-functionally to support clinical operations objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of clinical trial coordination/management experience
• Therapeutic experience in Rare Disease, Rheumatology, or Oncology
• Global clinical trial experience required
• Strong understanding of drug development processes

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• ??Proactive, hands-on approach with willingness to wear multiple hats

Education:

• Bachelors degree in a science or clinical-related field required
