Description:
As a GW/CW technician, you will work in a Technology Development and Manufacturing Lab responsible for performing chemical analysis in support of Client's silicon process development and high-volume production.
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Conducting hand-on analysis by effectively utilizing lab techniques, from ICPMS, Assay/titration, Chemical cleans etc to analyze factory chemical samples.
Performing chemical analysis in a lab clean room facility,
Supporting and sustaining lab equipment, housekeeping within labs and solid/liquid sample disposition.
May work with Client engineering to identify and develop processes and procedures to implement new equipment and techniques as well as refine and improve procedures and operations for existing equipment and techniques.
May be responsible for practicing safety and equipment BKMs and involving buddy activities for complex operational procedures for lab equipment maintenance and sample analysis.
In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate:
Basic knowledge of analytical chemistry, inorganic or organic chemistry
Willingness to expand expertise to new tools and metrology to support semiconductor factory requirements.
Tool troubleshooting expertise is a major plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology/Biochemistry, Chemical engineering, Material Science or other science and engineering field.
1+ year hands on experience in analytical chemistry techniques like ICPMS, Assay and experience handling chemicals.
Experience with equipment troubleshooting and repair.
