Job Description The assistant will, in part, support management of the Horatio Colony Nature Preserve. Preserve duties include upkeep of cabin (2 hours) and upkeep of signage and supplies at the trailhead kiosk (2 hours). The most significant part of the position is the design, implementation, analysis, and documentation of a field research project at the Ashuelot River Park with a focus on collecting data to inform the possible removal or repair of a dam in the Ashuelot River (11 hours). Possibility for continuation into additional terms. Qualifications Land management and field research experience is a plus. Experience in education is helpful.
