Manufacturing Lab Technician

Perform QC tests: binder content, viscosity, hardness, color, skid resistance, etc.Follow State DOT sampling protocols.Test and evaluate raw materials (resins, pigments, waxes).Assist with product development and production issues.Provide backup coverage for other QC staff.Sample melterRequirements: High school diploma (technical degree preferred).1 years of manufacturing lab experience required (medical lab experience not accepted).Able to lift 50 lbs and work in hot, dusty, noisy environments.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Work Environment: Lab and plant floor setting.Requires PPE, standing, lifting, and exposure to heat and noise.Uses lab instruments and standard office equipment.
