Requisition ID req36743 Working Title Research Technician Pay $15/hour Hourly Campus Main - Albuquerque, NM Department AS Biology General Administrative (048F) Employment Type Student Employment Student Type Student Employment Status Non-Exempt Background Check Required For Best Consideration Date Position Summary The individual will assist graduate students by performing quantitative PCR evaluation of Toxoplasma gondii parasites in infected mouse tissues. This will involve isolation of tissue DNA, PCR amplification of parasite and host sequences and performing calculations to determine relative parasite genome number to host genomes.
