What You'll Bring: Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (PALS required within 6 months for pediatric independence) Preferred certifications include RCIS, RCES, RCS, and ARRT radiography credentials, among others Associates degree in cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, or related healthcare field (preferred) 0-1 year of experience in an acute care setting is ideal, but we welcome eager learners Strong understanding of sterile technique, patient safety procedures, and cath lab equipment operation Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule and participate in on-call duties Nice to Have: Advanced certifications such as RDMS, RDCS, RVT, or additional radiography credentials Experience with complex cardiac procedures like TAVR, device implantation, intra-aortic balloon pumps, or rotational atherectomy Familiarity with intracardiac echo, IVUS, and hemodynamic systems Preferred Education & Experience: Associates degree in a relevant healthcare field Previous experience in cardiac cath labs or interventional radiology environments Additional Requirements: Ability to travel to various facilities as needed Active licensure/certification verification per organizational policy Commitment to organizational safety standards and patient-centered care Take your career to the next level by joining a dedicated team that values your skills, growth, and well-being.
