Job Description:

Position Summary: The Medical Director, Plasma Services is responsible for providing medical oversight for all ADMA BioCenters donor centers. The Medical Director provides guidance and technical knowledge to all medical staff in centers. This individual assists with the selection and training of Center Medical Directors and provides procedural and technical support as needed. This position is also the backup medical director to all donor centers and is required to maintain a license in the states where ADMA BioCenters are located.

The Medical Director follows all FDA, CLIA, and OSHA policies and procedures and maintains confidentiality of all personnel, donor, and company information. They assist with the administrative duties to support the medical staff in the Centers and maintain compliance with procedures and regulations while following current Good Manufacturing Practices.
