Guittard Chocolate Co

Venerable gourmet chocolate company founded in 1868 in San Francisco still run by the original family now in Burlingame seeks two (2) microbiologist for their in-house laboratory.
The first candidate needs no experience in the industry but must have a Bachelor's in Microbiology or related fields and be familiar with standard microbiological techniques. This position will be filling in for a pregnancy leave and will be full time for about 9 months.

The second position is for a seasoned microbiologist with at least five (5) years experience that will be our Lead Microbiological researcher. This person will need to be comfortable with bench work as well as instigating projects to solve in-house issues.
