We're currently looking for a **Project Manager** to join our team of experts delivering high-quality support across the life sciences industry.
**What You'll Do**
In this role, you'll contribute to our mission of helping clients build strong, inspection-ready systems and processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, translating needs into actionable plans and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes
- Managing project scope, budget, and timelines in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW), and escalating risks or changes as needed
- Developing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and executive updates
- Supporting project team execution by clarifying responsibilities, offering guidance, and contributing to the development of high-quality client deliverables
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless execution and identify opportunities for process improvement

We're looking for someone who brings a combination of expertise, initiative, and collaboration.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant project management experience in life sciences or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects with cross-functional internal teams
- A strong foundation in clinical operations and a working knowledge of the drug development process
- Familiarity with TMF systems and regulatory expectations related to clinical trial documentation
- The ability to lead project execution while providing hands-on support with deliverable development
- Experience supporting change management efforts, including stakeholder coordination, training logistics, and communication planning
- A proactive, consultative approach to client service with strong communication and problem-solving skills
