This includes developing trial protocols, coordinating with various departments and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, ensuring data accuracy, and liaising with regulatory authorities. This role is critical to ensuring the successful completion and analysis of clinical trials, which contribute to the development and approval of new biotechnology products. A Clinical Project Manager is also responsible for identifying and mitigating risks that could disrupt the trial timeline or compromise the data's validity.
